Exchange & Returns

We offer a flexible Exchange/return policy to make your online shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible.



If you change your mind before receiving your order & before it has been already processed, just contact  our Customer Service and we will simply cancel it.

If your order has already been processed, such cancelation will be treated as a return( check our RETURN section). Upon receiving your order, you will only pay SAR 37 as delivery fees. Kindly contact us to handle your case in the most satisfactory manner.



If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase or wish to change your mind for any reason, you can return/exchange your purchase:  as long as the product is in its original state, unused, with SE7REK tags still attached, in their original box and packaging, and in the same condition as received, along with the original invoice, within 7 (seven) days from receipt by you. We will not accept any returns for products if the original packaging has been opened or tampered with.

The value of your purchase will be added to your wallet for future orders, or if you exchange with a product of a lower value, the difference will be added to your wallet. In the case of products with higher value, you will pay the difference according to our different payment methods.



You’re only eligible for a refund If you receive the wrong product, or a product received by you is damaged from our side upon delivery, or damaged from the original manufacturer, within 3 days from receipt by you along with the original invoice.


Products are damaged or defective if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 (six) months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be damaged or defective. Where possible, we will offer to repair defective items.

In case of refunding the offers items, all the offers groups’ items shall be refunded at its value during the offer time
